Ready to Start Commuting by Bicycle?

Are you ready to start commuting by bicycle? If so, there are many basic considerations:

- Route: Is it safe, practical, timely, enjoyable?
- Equipment: Bike? Bad Weather Gear? Tools for Repairs? Lighting? Water Bottle? etc
- Clothing: Appropriate, functional apparel to use in all four season where you live?
- Helmet: This is NOT a question, this is a requirement! OK, you can decide on the color.

These questions just scrim the surface. Once you decide to commute to work by pedal power, you'll have to experiment and see what works for you.
